Baby Pain es sin duda el mejor tema del grupo Intaferon. La portada muestra a Edie Sedgwick después del incendio del Hotel Chelsea. Originalmente querían que la cubierta fuera completamente negra con letras de color púrpura oscuro. Producida por David Motion, la canción marcó el final de Intaferon, la letra al comienzo del remix de 12 ” dice "This Is The End", La letra se adelantó asombrosamente a los futuros acontecimientos del grupo.
